Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all items must have original tags attached and be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
