How do I determine my correct size in imogene + willie denim?
We recommend using our detailed fit guide and comparing the measurements to a pair of jeans you already own. Since we use premium raw and rigid denim, sizing can vary slightly between washes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that hemmed or customized items are final sale.
Do you offer complimentary hemming services?
Yes, we offer chain-stitch hemming on all our denim. You can specify your desired inseam length at the time of purchase or visit one of our retail locations.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. If you have requested custom hemming, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for our tailors to complete your request.
How should I wash and care for my raw denim?
To preserve the color and create unique wear patterns, we recommend waiting as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, hand wash cold with a mild detergent and hang to dry.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order value.
